At last, a vast video archive of episodes of TV's "Siskel & Ebert" and "Ebert & Roeper," more than 5,000 reviews, is now available to search on the Web at the official site of "Ebert & Roeper." Roger Ebert will host a live chat on the site at 6 p.m. tonight. Ebert writes in a special introduction: "Gene and I knew those old shows would be worth saving, but for a long time nobody agreed with us." To read more of Ebert's introduction to the archive, visit RogerEbert.com. As for The Scout's plans for the weekend: Saturday and Sunday will be spent at the monitor, deep in old episodes. The more I watch, the more I miss Gene.
