The Bulletin: Zwigoff to Direct '$40,000 Man'

Terry Zwigoff ("Ghost World," "Bad Santa") will direct "The $40,000 Man," a spoof in which an American astronaut is rebuilt as a bionic man on a budget of $40,000, reports Variety. Chris Bender and JC Spink will produce for New Line Cinema. Jake Weiner will executive produce. Zwigoff will rewrite the script with Daniel Clowes ("Art School Confidential").
